A follow up consultation is generally recommended within the month of your initial consultation to assess and support your progress. Alice will continue to ensure you feel supported until you feel your concerns have been resolved. It is her goal to get you to a place of optimal wellbeing & confidence, where you feel empowered not only to prevent your symptoms from reoccurring but are empowered with the knowledge you need to take control of your health into the future.

This appointment allows for your treatment plan to be reviewed and any prescription adjustments to be made to more synergistically support your health goals and lifestyle.
