Shipping
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $100 (pre shipping costs).
We use Australia Post for all domestic shipping, with regular and express options available. Shipping costs are calculated by weight and size.
Returns
We understand and respect that not all products are suited to your skin. We urge you to take care and consideration before purchasing products to avoid reactions or allergies. Full ingredient lists can be found on our website. If you are unsure of what you need before making a purchase please let us know, we are always here to help and guide you. In the unlikely event you do react to a product, we would ask you to contact us so that we can properly evaluate the cause. If the conclusion is the product is deemed unusable, we will be happy to work through the process of return and/or replacement.
For any specific information regarding product safety for use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or with any medication use, we always recommend you follow the advice of your healthcare practitioner.
We do not accept returns in the event of change of mind or any sensory dislikes.
To be eligible for a return, your products must be sent back in an acceptable condition and within 10 days of purchase.To start a return, contact us at hello@fennstore.com with your details, along with your order number, if your order was placed online. When your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We ask that you inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any of the products are defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods/tinctures (such as food, flowers, or plant products) or custom products (such as special orders or personalised items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
