The FENN Method x LESSE

Suffice to say it was a day filled with lots of relaxed guests and very happy skin.

When we began choreographing this new treatment, the intention was to create something distinctly felt - a subtle departure from our existing offering, yet equally supportive of both the skin and the nervous system beneath it. At FENN, we consider the skin as an extension of the internal landscape, so any evolution in treatment must honour both.

This is where facial reflexology found its place. Introduced to us earlier this year through dedicated training, it sparked a deeper curiosity - one that led us to explore its capacity beyond technique. We began to understand how, when thoughtfully integrated, facial reflexology can move beyond surface-level treatment, working to regulate the nervous system, restore internal balance, and in turn, influence the health and behaviour of the skin.

LESSE at its core, is deeply respectful of the skin. Personally its a brand that I can come back to time and time again. The active botanicals and calming formulations always help my skin to return to self after periods of stess or inflammation, brought on by well lets face it....life.

This treatment is special, it feels special. The technique and precision utilised through massage, gua sha and then coupled with LED. Your skin is left feeling bright, nourished and calm - not to mention your nervous system. Chilllllll.

The ritual begins with a gentle, sensory double cleanse using LESSE Calming Cleanser followed by LESSE Refining Cleanser to remove impurities, softly exfoliate, and prepare the skin. BT Micro Ultrasonic Fusion is then introduced for a deeper level of cleansing and exfoliation, enhancing absorption and leaving the skin impeccably refined.
